Job Description: Mainframe Support ( Primary and Secondary Support) Key Responsibilities: · Primary and secondary support · On call support 247 · Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management · Domain experience with EFTPOS terminals, transaction acquiring, and industry compliance · Mainframe support experience including: COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SQL · Support experience with Connex, FINSIM, and Endeavor · Experience building monitoring and alerting dashboards in Splunk · Experience in creating a variety of documentation · Experience in analysis, support · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication
