About the Role: As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be a crucial member of the support team, handling everything from some Level 1 through to Level 2 with a bit of Level 3. The role involves a mix of automation work and traditional support tasks, including password resets, Office 365, and Intune troubleshooting. If you have Autopilot experience, that’s a plus, but solid experience with Office 365 and Intune is essential. This is a full-time role requiring full working rights in Australia; unfortunately, sponsorship is not available. This role requires someone who is confident, can work independently, and handle a wide range of tasks without needing to pass them to others. You’ll be the go-to person in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving skills are key. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 to Level 2 support with some Level 3 tasks. Work with modern software and cloud-based operations, including Azure backend and Intune. Automate onboarding processes and other support functions. Handle application support for specific business areas, with a focus on excellent service delivery. There is an on call weekend component with flexible conditions and additional compensation. Flexible shift work with late start/late finish available. Requirements: 3 years of experience in desktop support, preferably within a fast-paced environment or startup. Strong technical skills in Office 365, Intune, and any experience with Autopilot, Azure, and automation is highly valued. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working in a highly technical environment and engaging with non-technical staff across the business.
