We’re looking for a dedicated Service Desk Support Engineer to join our team. Role Overview: As a Service Desk Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to both our internal team and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and ensuring the ongoing usability of end-user computing, peripherals, and software (both cloud and on-premise). This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and efficient technical support, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage support tickets and effectively communicate status updates to users and internal stakeholders. Configure and maintain new and existing End User Computing hardware. Participate in various technical projects as required. Support the development of a positive workplace culture and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role. MSP experience is a bonus. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong understanding of computer hardware, networks, and the Windows operating system. Knowledge of the ITIL framework (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently and reliably. Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems is a plus. Why Join Us?
