Eden Ritchie is seeking an ICT Technical Support Engineer to join a local government ICT Operations Team to uplift internal capability and capacity in supporting BAU whilst delivering the FY25 ICT infrastructure project portfolio. You will augment the existing ICT Operations, Service Delivery and Infrastructure Teams and bring strong technical expertise to work within the existing team structure supporting BAU and the delivery of M365 Intune MDM/MAM whole of business implementation, Windows 11 deployment, M365 Compliance and Cyber Uplift Essential 8 projects. You must possess superior technical support and implementation skills and experience to immediately uplift the existing team’s expertise. It is important you are a team player capable of working closely with the existing team members to upskill and are adaptable to juggle day-to-day support work priorities in parallel with project work. 9 month contract with possible extension Ipswich location Skills/Qualifications: Over 10 years of proven experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, Technical Specialist with Microsoft technologies specifically: M365 Support and Administration M365 Security and Compliance Intune - MAM/MAM, desktop, and mobile device management Windows 10 and Windows 11 (deploy via Intune) SCCM End user computing technical support, troubleshooting, administration, deployment, packaging, and management in a Microsoft desktop environment. Experience implementing ASD Essential 8 controls. Commvault data backup technical support, administration, and implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT Degree qualified or comparable experience and/or industry certifications.
