Provide high level user support at our Mascot location. This role is 5 days onsite managing walk ups, tickets and call requests for technical support Who are we? Be the first point of contact for technical support for end users our Mascot site. You will be expected to service all sites with exceptional customer service with the support of the broader Secure Agility team. The key pillars of this role include: Windows & O365 support Updating permissions and access in Active Directory Azure Administration Networking troubleshooting (connectivity, restarting of equipment) Hardware provisioning - small hardware repairs Mobile device support PC & iOS troubleshooting Working hours could be 8-4 or 9-5 Must have own vehicle & drivers license The key skills required for this role include: You will be an investigator; someone who enjoys solving problems and making customers happy Your attention to detail will be one of your strongest skills as you don't miss a trick, and ask lots of questions You will be a friendly and approachable person who works well on their own, or as part of a team. Demonstrated recent experience in a similar role providing face to face user support. Proven skills managing O365 accounts Networking troubleshooting (connectivity, restarting of equipment) Experience working to SLA's, creating and managing tickets with an ITSM tool Experience developing and maintaining a knowledge base within the ITSM tool Excellent customer service skills and the desire to resolve issues effectively and efficiently ITIL & Microsoft Certifications preferred Ability to obtain a police and working with children check
