Sailpoint Engineer Sydney CBD Hybrid working environment 9 month contract with extension We are on the lookout for a skilled SailPoint IIQ Specialist to join our IT team. You’ll play a crucial role in building scalable, automated solutions for user access management, ensuring audit compliance, and collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline identity processes. Your Role: Design and implement identity solutions to standardise role profiles, automate provisioning, and manage access revocation. Work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, refine workflows, and ensure systems meet audit standards. Lead efforts in building automation around user access, driving continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: 8-10 years of experience in IT , with 5 years of hands-on expertise in SailPoint IIQ implementations. Proficiency in core Java development with a focus on converting functional requirements into technical designs. Extensive experience with SailPoint IIQ customisation —including workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and object configuration. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in cloud technologies and Java Full Stack Development is an advantage.
