Design and project management of significant urban development projects including responsibility for due diligence and feasibility, civil design and documentation, development applications, utilities coordination and engineering reports and tenders. Managing the delivery of all design aspects of a project on time and to Australian standards and client expectations. Undertaking regular interface and liaisons with key clients and stakeholders. Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes. Being part of the management team. Maintain client relationships to develop long-term, sustainable working relationships that deliver repeat business. Apply your technical expertise to help mentor junior engineers. Am I the right person? Should I apply? A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification/experience. At least 10 years of design experience with at least 5 in Australia. Experience with urban development projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing. Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards. Knowledge of progress claims, contract administration and contract management. Capability of solving problems and managing contractor/client expectations.
