Looking for a Computer Vision Engineer with AI and Linux expertise to optimize vision algorithms for ARM-based systems. We are hiring a Computer Vision Engineer with strong expertise in AI, Linux OS, and low-level Linux development. The role involves developing and optimizing vision algorithms for embedded systems, with a focus on ARM core CPUs and NPUs. Location: Melbourne, Victoria Responsibilities : Implement vision algorithms on ARM-based embedded systems. Optimize models using ONNX for resource-constrained hardware. Leverage NPUs to accelerate computer vision performance. Work on low-level Linux development, including kernel modifications. Required Skills : AI and computer vision expertise on embedded ARM systems. Experience in pixel tracking, and edge detection. Strong knowledge of Linux OS, kernel development, and low-level Linux programming. Experience implementing and optimizing vision algorithms. Experience with Linux application development. At least 5 years of experience. Nice-to-Have : Familiarity with optics, MIPI camera modules, and Linux subsystems. Experience with Yocto, Go, or Rust. Candidates should be an Australian Citizen for this role.
