Description Lead and manage a team of software engineers Develop and implement technical strategies Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions Ensure software quality and performance standards are met Carry out software architecture and design tasks Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Manage project timelines and deliverables Profile A successful Software Engineering Team Lead should have: A degree in Computer Science or a related field Have advanced skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, C, C++ or similar languages, plus experience with Azure. Have expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL. Proven experience in leading software engineering teams Strong knowledge of software architecture and design Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset Proficiency in modern software development methodologies Exceptional communication and leadership abilities This role will be based in Perth, candidates will need to be based in Perth, Western Australia and already hold the required working rights.
