Our team has completed numerous projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale constructions. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a passionate Civil Engineering Technician to join us. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our projects, ensuring they are completed with high standard and quality. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES Assist in the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare project estimates, and collect data for analysis. Preparing documents including reports and drawings. Perform calculations for layout and design. Interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment. Conduct quality assurance control on all finished work ahead of handing over to the client to ensure all are within agreed specifications. Identifying and resolving engineering problems during construction to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of experiences as Civil Engineering Technician. Proficiency in using CAD and Revit. Understanding of technical plans and drawings. Great communication skills to lead and coordinate subcontractors. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read, write and orally communicate in fluent English. Able to understand and carry out instructions within safety requirements. At least Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma or above.
