Greenfield Subdivisions Contractor North Melbourne Office Location Competitive salary to match your experience The Company An upper-tier Greenfields Contractor specialising in large-scale residential subdivisions, industrial subdivisions, and road construction projects with some of the most well-known developers and contractors in Victoria. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager you will assist in the delivery of multiple stages concurrently Delivery of greenfield land development sites from start until completion Coordinating site activities, liaising with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery Adhere to Health and Safety requirements ensuring compliance of all contractors and staff on-site Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and authorities Plan and project programming Your skills to make you a standout candidate You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience delivering large land development projects in Australia Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous) Degree in Construction/Engineering Experience in construction projects up to $40 million Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent time management Strong written and verbal communication skills Appropriate IT skills Apply directly or email at: a.caioneaspectpersonnel.com.au To view other vacancies or to sign up for 'job alerts' please visit our website at www.aspectpersonnel.com.au
