We are currently recruiting for multiple Application Support Engineers to work on a major Federal Government Department Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. Develop and update technical documentation. Analyze system performance and suggest improvements. Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support. Identify and implement process improvements and automation. Monitor application performance and integrate data with dashboards. What we’re looking for: Australian Citizenship Proficiency in Java, J2EE technologies, Greenplum Database, and PostgreSQL. Strong working knowledge of integration technologies like MQ, REST, and API-based integration, including data extraction mechanisms. Experience with IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise software, and IBM WBI Message Broker. Expertise in Siebel, including troubleshooting, fault finding, case management, product configuration, and support (architecture, logs management). Familiarity with configuration management. Hands-on experience with integration/API-based production support.
