Start a long-term career with a leading Civil Contractor working across Subdivisions, Roadworks, infrastructure and Community projects We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects across the Logan and Gold Coast Region, depending on your location. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager Quality Assurance documentation Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims About you: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading a team Strong problem solving skills Ability to establish strong working relationships high level verbal and written communication skills What's in it for you?
