Deliverables: Lead technical resolution of incidents and problems within the ICT Infrastructure space, act as a senior engineer Work across infrastructure teams to support incident and problem resolution Provide technical expertise and advice to senior management Support to cloud operations and Microsoft Office 365 products Experience: Citrix administration, VMware, RSA authentication manager, Certificate Infrastructure, Active Directory, Linux Server technologies Producing and reviewing project/services delivery documentation including Architecture, Designs, 'As built documentation' and Operating Procedures A working knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM), the Protective Security Framework Policy (PSFP), and other International Standards (ISO's) Previous experience in DevOps, Reporting and Automation is also desirable To apply for this interesting and long Infrastructure Engineer contract opportunity please apply or call Matt on (02) 6299 1006.
