As a result, our Brisbane office is currently seeking a highly experienced and committed Full-Time Principal Network Engineer with significant experience in the data networking arena. The Principal Consultant role is a vital role within Titan ICT, typically engaging with our most strategic customers as project leaders, subject matter experts and trusted advisors. In this role, you will undertake duties including, but not limited to the following: Technical Quality Assurance of Project Delivery. Development of relationships to ensure the ongoing promotion of Titan ICT services Undertake and manage the production and submission of Proposals and Tenders in line with Titan’s information management system and client requirements. Attend relevant conferences and represent Titan ICT in such events Mentoring of team members. Administration of appropriate Risk Management processes related to Project Delivery. Management of overall client satisfaction. Reporting to State Operations Manager on performance of staff. Provide leadership in their chosen field as a subject matter expert. Detailed network design and configurations and integration Research and make recommendations for network development Communicate with key stakeholders and identify solutions for new services additions To be considered for this opportunity you must possess the following skills and experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in ICT consultancy environment. Experience working alongside service providers / integrators Excellent understanding of Cisco LAN/WAN Strong understanding of the following Routing Technologies: MPLS, DMVPN, BGP4, OSPF and IPv6 Demonstrable knowledge, configuration and support of network security products to include: Cisco ASA Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Nexus, F5 load balancers, Cisco ACS, Cyberoam and PCI-DSS Implementation and support knowledge of network management systems, including support of SNMP, Netflow and Syslog protocols Ability to create professional documentation illustrating network design concepts & solutions Highly developed written skills with demonstrated experience in report writing Mandatory Qualifications (please only apply if you have the following credentials): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or university degree equivalent RPEQ How to apply: If you have the qualities and experience highlighted above to fulfil this role, we encourage you to register your interest by clicking 'Apply Now' on this Ad.
