Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers. About You: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. More than 15 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry. Extensive experience in process design and simulation. Proficient in HYSYS, UNISIM, and other industry-related software. Demonstrated experience in people management and leading engineering teams.
