The role Reporting directly to our CTO , you will be a key technical leader, responsible for shaping the architecture, driving innovation, and solving complex engineering challenges across multiple teams. You will be an advocate for engineering excellence, ensuring that our platform is scalable, secure, and maintainable as we continue to grow. In addition, you will mentor senior and mid-level engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert and visionary across multiple teams, driving significant one-way door architectural decisions that align with our long-term product strategies. Identify , develop and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, security, and continuous delivery. Architectural Oversight: Define and maintain architectural standards, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of systems and applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement new features and capabilities while minimizing technical debt. Mentorship & Coaching: Act as a mentor for senior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance, fostering skill development, and encouraging knowledge sharing. Help build a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and regular learning sessions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-level designs. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability, availability, and security. Participate in strategic discussions with the executive team, contributing to long-term product and technical strategy. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement by way of data driven decisions and feedback loops Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements, new tools, and innovative solutions. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering , Computer Science, or a related field. 10 years of experience in software or systems engineering with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Extensive experience working in SaaS based companies, ideally in B2B models Experience working in A&E, financial or accounting domains is highly regarded Extensive experience with modern programming languages such as (C#, Java, Python, React, Node). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in team management and collaboration. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Why join us ?
