In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex IT systems, ensuring robust performance and security. You’ll work closely with enterprise-scale organsiaitons. to provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot advanced issues, and deliver tailored IT solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems to meet client needs. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues across various IT environments. Oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure and systems. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient IT solutions. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations. Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend system improvements. Role Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar technical role, with hands-on experience managing complex IT systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. Proven ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff, promoting a collaborative work culture. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks. Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint. Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V). Familiarity with security best practices, including firewall management and endpoint protection. Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks, with relevant certifications being an advantage.
