You will spend some of your time supporting our Service Desk team and the other portion of your time supporting our Project Engineer. This role is a technical role, so you've got the skills to support a range of tech where you leverage and contribute to documentation and process. You understand that we win when the whole team wins. About your skills: A demonstrated history of customer service orientated outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driver’s license in your local state At least a year delivery in a technical role in a small to medium business context or similar MSP experience will be highly regarded Technical capability: Windows Server Certification/s Hyper V, VMWare MS Active Directory and Group Policy Windows Server 2016 and above Office 365 management: SharePoint, OneDrive and File server Exchange Server/Online Azure administration, InTune, AutoPilot Networking and firewall experience Desktop support across Win 10, MacOS Additionally, any experience in the following areas is highly desirable: Experience managing Sophos security systems (XG, AV, etc) Automation, scripting AWS / GCS administration experience or certifications A degree in IT or Software Engineering AutoTask PSA, Datto RMM We offer: Local Eastern Suburbs location with flexible working arrangements Travel allowance and After-Hours loading Focussed training and development Mobile phone allowance Salary Super Apply today
