We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide high-performing teams in building one of the world’s largest applications. This is the opportunity of a lifetime. Working for a global financial services client across a massive-scale application (from 7,000 applications, with a goal of 20,000). You’ll lead three squads, and play a pivotal role in shaping secure, scalable, and cutting-edge access management solutions. What You’ll Do: Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a team of engineers, driving performance and fostering a culture of innovation.
