The perfect candidate will excel in customer service and possess technical support experience, along with the following attributes: Deliver excellent customer service with both internal and external key players. A strong mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment specifically VRF, DX and water cooled products. Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance. Pursue pricing with proposals, tender submissions, and quotations. Provide sales support by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.
