Join a leading, Australian consultancy working as the lead Site Engineer on a exciting Sydney project. You will have the opportunity to work on this landmark project and join a busy, growing team. The option for this role is contract or permanent, this is a business that offers a clear career path with plenty of opportunities and autonomy as you progress. This is a newly created position for a Structural Site Engineer with a solid foundation of experience (around the 3 years on-site up to Senior will be considered). Some of your key duties will include; Undertaking Inspections of structural elements during construction e.g. reinforcement for concrete structures (footings, slabs, walls), and steel and timber framing, bracing, tie-down. Responding to contractor site queries, providing a communication line between the site and the design office. You will have have an excellent understanding of both construction processes and structural design, and adhere rigorously to nominated QA & OHS processes.
