Senior Service Desk / EUC Engineer — North Sydney, North Sydney Area

About the Role Excite Cyber is seeking an experienced Senior Service Desk / EUC Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, providing expert support to users, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in End User Computing, particularly in Microsoft Intune application packaging and deployment, and will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely, high-quality service for internal and external customers. Configure and deploy new and existing software applications via SCCM and Intune. Utilise Microsoft Intune and AutoPilot for endpoint lifecycle management. Develop and implement software and OS update schedules. Act as an escalation point for complex IT service desk inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Contribute to an innovative, results-driven workplace culture. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in End User Computing, with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM, and endpoint management. Proven experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and networking technologies (TCP/IP, wireless, Ethernet). Previous experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a plus. Microsoft Certifications in Intune and Azure preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Eligibility Requirements Must have valid authority to work in Australia and be able to obtain a satisfactory police clearance.
