More About the Role at Culture Amp You will be joining a team working on our Perform product, helping companies create transformative, people-first performance reviews that are easy to use and manage. All our teams are cross-functional and have the autonomy and responsibility for bringing features from conception all the way through to owning them in production, and you’ll be involved throughout that process. As a Senior Engineer in this team, you will lead medium to large initiatives to help shape and impact the team’s deliverables. What you will do: - Develop software for web applications in a consistent and secure manner. - Work in a cross-functional environment with product designers, product managers, data engineers and the camp’s leadership to build compelling product features. - Find improvements to make within current system architecture and technology; socialise and drive changes. - Contribute to building the team’s culture, striving to make it the best team you’ve ever worked in. - Mentor and coach other engineers, encouraging them to grow to their full potential. You have: - Proficiency in preferably Ruby/Rails (or other backend programming languages/framework) and Typescript/React. - Experience building data intensive systems. - Strong knowledge of modern web application design and development patterns - Experience mentoring other engineers We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success.
