Who will you be working with? Our client provides professional Building and Engineering Consultancy services that are focused on the requirements, dynamics and legislative obligations specific to the Strata Sector. They specialise in the provision of advice, consultation and assistance in various aspects of strata, building and construction matters. What are the benefits? Technical inspections, investigations and reports including advice and recommendations to address specific and/or holistic issues affecting a building element, building unit or entire building complex Expert inspection and reporting determinations suitable for lodgement as expert evidence in litigation matters. Drafting Technical Building Reports, Scopes of Works, Tender documentation and administrating works contracts to remediate the issues based on the determinations of on-site investigations. Assessing and reporting on ongoing building repair works in accordance with Australian Standards and/or National Construction Code compliance requirements. Assessing progress claims and variations to ascertain and confirm the level of completion and validity of claims. What do you need?
