The Role We are currently seeking a Level 3 Engineer to join the technical services team. Ideally, you will already be working in a managed services company with the understanding of a client facing environment where you thrive in the ability to build new key relationships both internally and externally with clients. A typical day at this MSP will consist of:- Providing technical support to the managed services clients via telephone, email and remote support tools Resolving incidents assigned in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount Working as a team to get the job done Your Skills In your next role you will have the following skill set to utilise:- Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
