Job Description The Company Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a talented and experienced Level 2.5 Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of their clients' IT infrastructure, providing expert support across a variety of systems. The Role Provide Level 2.5 support and troubleshooting for Azure environments, including virtual machines and associated services. Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring optimal performance and security. Support and administer Office 365, including email, collaboration tools, and user management. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across the infrastructure. Collaborate with Level 3 engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain thorough documentation of processes, incidents, and solutions. About you Proven experience with Azure, including virtual machine deployment and management. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and security. Solid understanding of Office 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience with networking concepts, including basic routing and switching. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bonus Skills: Networking/cybersecurity experience, including a strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. CISCO certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent experience in routing and switching. Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
