Roles & Responsibilities: Support and maintain core infrastructure Implement strong Cyber Security protocols Understand and address customer challenges and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with colleagues and clients to share valuable information Deploy and support various technical solutions Mentor colleagues to enhance their support skills Document technical solutions and project details Technologies: Microsoft 365. Azure Administration. Modern Workplace solutions. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and Teams. Hyper-V and VMware. Defender 365. Aruba Central. WAN. Palo Alto. To Stand Out: Extensive experience in a senior engineering role. Relevant IT certifications, including Aruba Central and Palo Alto (PCNSA/PCNSE). Strong solution design capabilities.
