Collaborate with production, sales, and management to achieve cost-effective and high-quality solutions. Profile Proficient in FEA tools like ANSYS, SolidWorks, SpaceGass, with solid experience in structural engineering. Knowledgeable in Australian standards (e.g., AS4100, AS3990) and manufacturing practices. Strong leadership qualities and experience developing engineering teams. Skilled in technical documentation and detail-oriented project management. Adaptive and capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
