What you’ll be doing Backend Development and Asynchronous Processing - Streamline backend processing by implementing asynchronous programming to handle high-throughput data transactions. Achieve a significant reduction in backend response times, enhancing the platform’s user experience and operational efficiency. DevOps and Infrastructure Optimisation - Modularize and optimise the existing DevOps infrastructure. Break down monolithic Terraform configurations into modular components within 3 months, improving deployment time and scalability. User Analytics and Data Integration - Enhance user insights through improved monitoring. Integrate analytics tools like Clickhouse to provide user activity insights, improving data visibility for cross-functional teams. What you’ll bring to the team Backend development in Ruby on Rails or Python Strong AWS proficiency with Terraform and deployment management Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability practices Proven experience in asynchronous processing for backend optimization Significant experience in DevOps and Backend Engineering with a successful track record of designing scalable, secure infrastructure Familiarity with large-scale databases and cloud-based environments.
