Use your technical writing skills within the software and cloud domain to help our client document their enterprise critical system CBD location/ Hybrid role Great rate on offer Work with a great team with an awesome culture About the Position: We are looking for a Technical Writer with deep development/programming knowledge, to develop resources for our clients enterprise-critical system. This role involves creating documentation that supports developers, testers, and support teams, ensuring they can effectively enhance and maintain the system. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Creation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Develop tutorials, how-to guides, and technical references, consolidating existing materials into a clear, accessible format. Collaboration: Work with developers and testers to gather information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content. Standards and Management: Apply best practices to maintain consistency in documentation. Design a user-friendly documentation repository and recommend improvements to processes. Qualifications: Experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the insurance or software field. Familiar with and possessing a working understanding of complex technical systems that include a cloud/infrastructure tier deployed on AWS Docker, a Java tier that is layered on SpringBoot, and an Oracle tier that includes Stored Procedures and Database Triggers Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
