Lead and contribute to a variety of projects focused on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, including: Enhancing Quality Assurance and Environmental Systems. Improving electronic file management processes. Coordinating the decommissioning of old equipment to optimize production space. Developing a business case for robotic automation to increase efficiency and product quality. Support the production team in job optimization and materials selection. Operate machinery and assist in workload management as needed. Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. What do you need?
