Job Description: Mandatory skills: · Detailed experience of Bulk Power Systems (essential) · Detailed knowledge and experience with power systems applications like State Estimator, PowerFlow, Contingency Analysis, Operator Training Simulator (essential) · Understanding of primary plant, network protection and control devices, with experience in functional design, testing and commissioning of special protection schemes and remedial action schemes · Experience with GE EMP EMS product or similar (desirable) · Experience with Perl, C++ Programming languages (desirable) · Sound ability in the use of power system analysis tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, SimSCADA, etc (desirable) · Good communication skills
