Position Overview: As a Senior Front-End Engineer at TotalSynergy , you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality software and seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Front-End Design & Development Lead the front-end development of web applications, ensuring the highest quality of code, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into responsive, visually appealing interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Develop and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share knowledge with the team. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure functionality and performance. Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in computer science , Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10 years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL , and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX ). Knowledge of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design Why join us ?
