Position: Level 2 Engineer Location: Rivervale Rate: $65,000 - $80,000 Job Type: Permanent Position Overview: OUI Recruitment is currently recruiting for an L2 Engineer to join a growing team based in Rivervale. Key Responsibilities: Act as an L2 point of contact for a diverse range of technical issues. Log tickets and prioritize workloads. Create and maintain technical documentation. Implement and manage VOIP systems. Network, server, and desktop administration and support. Administer Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot network issues. Monitor systems. Server installs and migration projects. Troubleshoot complex IT issues. Assist with complex IT projects. Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Technical Requirements: Experience working with Microsoft Servers 2008-2022. Experience with M365, Exchange, and SharePoint. Experience with cloud technologies (Azure). Experience with AD and Azure AD. Experience troubleshooting networking issues. Experience with BDR tools (Veeam). Experience with VoIP systems. Experience with ticket systems (ConnectWise). Understanding of Cyber Security best practices. We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
