Civil Engineer opportunity in Toowoomba, delivering land and urban development projects including design, contract administration and site work. TalentWeb is on the hunt for a Civil Engineer and Project Manager to join an established civil, structural and environmental services consultancy's Toowoomba office, delivering land development projects. In this role you will: Help create new communities and associated infrastructure in Toowoomba and the surrounding growth corridors; Design roads, lots, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure. There are also opportunities to deliver wetlands, waterways, arterial roads, pump stations and other associated infrastructure; Work collaboratively as part of a team with project managers, senior engineers, draftspeople and other specialised departments across the other SEQ offices; Prepare plans, computations and documentation for projects in accordance with the client brief and local standards, within specified budgets and time schedules; Liaise directly with relevant stakeholders, including clients, councils and local authorities in a timely and efficient manner. To be successful in your application, you will have the following attributes: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant equivalent); Minimum of four years’ experience in a land development consultancy; Strong knowledge of local design standards and water authority codes; Experience working with 12D and AutoCAD advantageous.
