We're looking for a level 3 escalation point to join a great MSP in Sydney. Come in and get stuff done. Level 3 Engineer/ Technical Lead Parramatta Up to $130k plus super Hybrid working TheDriveGroup is proud to be partnering with a well-known managed services provider in Sydney who are looking to change the game in the MSP world. They are looking to add an additional Level 3 escalation point to their growing team. What you will be doing: - Working alongside the level 3 team being the POC of all technical escalation - Mentoring level 1/2 teams - Assisting when needed across projects which may include, Office 365, on-prem-cloud, and Intune What you need: - Experience working as an escalation point - MSP experience - MUST - 5 years experience working across level 3/ systems - Office 365, AzureAD, Intune & Windows Server knowledge - Migrations experience - Office 365, On-prem-cloud, Networking - desirable Must have full Australian working rights.
