Joining a leading Family-Owned Civil Contractor with projects across South East Queensland you will have the opportunity to coordinate multiple projects across subdivisions, community projects, roadworks and infrastructure ranging in value from $5m - $70m. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. About you You’ll have a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. Essential Skills and Attributes Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential Strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on effective planning and execution Proven ability to handle multiple tasks Expertise in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards Ability to build and nurture working relationships Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for leading, motivating, and influencing teams Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes What's in it for you?
