We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our team. This role sits in a major maritime project within Defence and has great career progression Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in the Maritime domain to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you develop cost models as well as undertake research, analysis and estimation tasks on a major Defence project. This role sits within our Maritime team and would suit someone who has just graduated or is early on in their career and looking to grow their career within high priority Defence projects. This role offers hybrid work arrangements (office / home). What will I be doing day to day? Prepare engineering data for various stages of the project Provide input into requirements definitions Work with a wide range of stakeholders and build meaningful and lasting professional relationships Provide engineering advice to the project team Work with senior engineers to design test and evaluation activities and review subsequent data sets and results Perform engineering investigation tasks, analysis of engineering data, and report on engineering change proposals What sort of skills do I need? Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechnical) Strong communication skills Process orientated with good attention to detail Australian citizen and eligible to gain and maintain a government security clearance What’s in it for me?
