Experienced Site Engineer required to deliver masterplan residential subdivision projects in Brisbane for a civil engineering consultancy. TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers for a Senior Site Engineer position, working for a civil engineering consultancy, based in Brisbane and working on masterplan communities across the Brisbane region. In this role you will be responsible for: Supervision of all construction activities ensuring the high quality outlined in the specifications are met whilst continuously driving performance, addressing any inadequacies; Ensuring documentation of all inspection and auditing processes are completed whilst adhering to QA requirements to local council and utilities provider standards; Maintaining records of construction activity including monitoring contractor’s QA reports; Liaising with clients and sub-consultants as the project requires; Reviewing and submitting applications and documentation to utilities operators and local councils. To be successful in your application we seek candidates with the following attributes: A tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or project management; 5 years' experience working on urban and land development projects in Australia; The ability to read and interpret design drawings in order to make comments for constructability issues and cost effectiveness; Holder of a white/blue card and valid drivers' license.
