Exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineering Lead to join a global technology innovation organization offering complete product life cycle services. Contour Personnel, a leading HR and executive search agency based in Australia, is partnering with our client, a global technology innovation company specializing in software product services with over 30 years of international experience. They are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to drive the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions, including architecture, data models, and user interfaces. The work location is Sydney. Main Responsibilities: Develop Pega BPM applications and design enterprise class structures and data models. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment. Coordinate with QA teams for thorough application testing. Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and maintain system security. Integrate Pega with business databases, legacy systems, and web services. Enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). Proven experience with Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x/Infinity. Knowledge of J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in case management and Pega frameworks. Strong integration expertise with REST services in enterprise environments. Additional skills in Angular JS, JavaScript, and HTML5 are a plus.
