In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, primarily using the UiPath platform in our clients' environment. You will also explore the integration of AI technologies to enhance business processes and deliver greater value across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide automation solutions. Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and scalable. Manage and maintain the automation platform to ensure its availability and performance. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing automation processes. Develop and conduct testing of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Work on the integration of AI technologies with automation processes to improve functionality and efficiency. Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to the growth of the automation practice. Promote the use of automation throughout the organization to identify new opportunities. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Contribute to the development of the automation platform’s strategic roadmap. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a relevant technical or digital role. Hands-on experience with automation platforms, preferably UiPath. Strong development skills in programming languages such as .NET, Java, or similar. Experience with business process automation and process optimization. Ability to document technical requirements and manage project timelines. Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. UiPath certification or similar credentials is preferred. Experience in working within an Agile environment is desirable.
