Lead and guide a supportive and collaborative team that strive for excellence as you drive architectural solutions and improve the performance of the Pega platform. What will you be doing? Oversee and guide the development of Pega solutions, including process flows, user interfaces, integrations, and decisioning strategies Define architecture and technical solutions using the Pega platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability Collaborate with stakeholders to align Pega applications with business objectives Lead a team of experienced developers/engineers and guide and implement ways to improve overall performance Provide thought leadership and recommendations for leveraging Pega capabilities What are we looking for? Strong Pega experience with an understanding of Java, React, Salesforce Strategic thinking and the ability to look at the bigger picture and influence decision-making. Good experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
