The Opportunity… We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Civil Engineers of all experience levels who are passionate about innovation and eager to bring their skills to the table. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals while gaining end-to-end exposure to diverse construction projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous learning, mentorship, and offers an outstanding reputation for career development. Duties include: Advise on constructability and delivery across time, cost, safety, and quality during planning phases and concept reviews. Support various teams (scheduling, cost controls, community engagement, procurement, estimating, quality assurance, and safety) in developing and refining delivery plans. Provide technical advice and promptly address issues during project delivery to ensure time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to foster collaboration and project success. Contribute to project performance, progress reporting, and implement improvements based on past experiences and learning outcomes. What can we offer you? Strong track record (or desire to develop) site-based engineering experience. Experience delivering civil projects including underground piping, services, pits and excavations. Demonstrated ability in financial management and reporting, including budgeting. Team-player, outstanding contributor to a cohesive, safe and positive team environment. Relationship oriented, self-starer who can communicate with stakeholders at all levels openly.
