Job Description You’ll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting. You’ll be cross-trained on our products and you’ll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly. The day-to-day You’ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers. You’ll also be expected to: Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements You’ll be working primarily with Trace and X-ray equipment, and work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours. This is a Fixed term contract role for 2 years. This role will have the rotating roster.
