Our mission is to help businesses increase their revenue and reduce expenses through effective IT services and solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Apply advanced problem-solving skills to identify root causes of software defects and performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and scalability. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product optimizations and address customer pain points. Create detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement innovative solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years experience as a Software Engineer or similar role. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others. Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
