Job Summary: This job offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead important projects and make a difference in a large Australian meat processing company. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects across multiple sites, working with engineers and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables are met. Lead the design, selection, and integration of new equipment, working with teams and vendors. Work with production teams to find inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing practices. Develop checklists for new projects and ensure safety standards are followed. Experience: 3-5 years of project engineering experience, ideally in FMCG or a similar industry. Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, budget management, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a preference for Electrical or Automation Engineering.
