In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be: Recognize and strictly follow Emerson's safety procedures. Report all hazards, incidents, and near misses in line with the Emerson HSE incident policy. Contribute to the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents, and cases of ill health. Conduct all HSE training assigned to you as an employee. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Support and lead initiatives to maintain ISO 9001 Quality Documentation & Certification. Plan and implement various quality initiatives identified. Perform and lead internal audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Provide support in conducting quality management reviews with cross-functional teams. Assist in the tracking and analysis of quality metrics and performance indicators. Take ownership of Emerson's Quality Policy, Core Values, and Operating Values. Arrange and/or conduct quality-related training sessions for staff. Map technical proficiency BFP product plans across Sales, Agent, and Channel Partner Teams. Develop and present technical training materials to ensure comprehensive understanding. Provide one-on-one development and/or joint calls with sales teams to ensure technical proficiency. Offer product and technical training to industry associations and end users. Guide receiving inspections by developing and implementing incoming inspection plans. Actively collaborate with the Product/Manufacturing Engineering team in product audits and approvals such as AGA, Watermark, PED or equivalent experience, UKCA, etc. Handle customer complaints by investigating, analyzing, identifying/implementing Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA). Manage the non-conformance register, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure closeout. Streamline and guide the certification process to meet regulatory requirements. Drive global projects locally and manage internal quality projects as needed. Work closely with the Quality Control Team of inspectors and other local and global quality teams. Guide in-process inspections including visual inspections, heat number verification, PMI, hardness, DFT, etc. Support the Order/Project Management team on quality requirements such as certifications, ITP, inspections, etc. Collaborate with a diverse group of collaborators including other Eagle Farm functions, global and multi-functional teams, auditing firms, suppliers, and more. Perform other ad hoc quality-related tasks as required. Who You Are: You are proactive, optimistic in tough times, and stay updated on policies, practices, and trends within the organization, competition, and market. You are driven to achieve flawless execution and excel in competition. For This Role You Will Need: A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing). Proven experience in a QA/QC function. Conversant with ISO standards and Root Cause analysis (ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor). Experience in the valve manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing of valves. Knowledge of valve performance, accessories, and instrumentation.
