Work on a career-defining migration from Jira to GitLab Play a hands-on role in CI/CD modernization Collaborate with skilled developers, testers, and platform teams Join a workplace that values innovation and automation-first thinking What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be at the center of a major infrastructure uplift, helping to: Migrate Jira self-hosted instances and legacy build systems into GitLab Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for code quality, security, and automation Integrate GitLab with tools like Salesforce, AWS, and vCenter Enhance developer productivity by removing friction from build & release processes Bring DevSecOps best practices into the SDLC Provide ongoing support and improvements post-migration What We’re Looking For We want someone who loves solving complex DevOps challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll need: Strong skills in Python, Bash scripting, and PowerShell Experience managing modern CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab) Hands-on experience with Docker, VMWare/OpenStack, and PostgreSQL Familiarity with AWS or Azure Bonus points for Salesforce, Kubernetes, and YAML experience Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident What they are looking for: They value someone who is analytical, efficient, and thrives in both independent and team settings.
