Duties/Skills: Lead the migration of on-premise file shares to a consolidated cloud platform. Engage with business areas to define storage usage needs and provide technical solutions. Lead the implementation of a new monitoring platform that will provide oversight to key systems both on-premise and in the cloud. Develop key documentation such as architectural outlines, detailed designs, as-built documentation and standard operating procedures. Criteria: Demonstrated experience with cloud based data storage technologies (Sharepoint Online, Azure Files, Azure Blob storage). Knowledge of Government cyber security frameworks (ISM, Essential 8, PSPF). Experience with File migrations from on-premise storage systems to cloud as well as Distributed File Shares (DFS).
